About the Vancouver Aquarium
Vancouver Aquarium is divided into several departments. The most popular of them is the Arctic Pavilion where you can observe belugas, as well as the Wild Coast Pavilion with dolphins, sea otters and many other marine species. In the Wild Coast pavilion, there are very popular touchpools where visitors can touch some of the British Columbian invertebrates. There are also pavilions which present the life in tropic areas – with expositions of rainforest snakes, caimans, sea turtles or frogs from Amazonian forests. The visitors can also enjoy the 4D cinema in Canaccord Gallery. For children, there is a number of games and programs designed especially for them.
