Water is the main local factor that influences everything in Ujście Warty National Park. It is prevalent in the park so most of the area is inaccessible to human. Ujście Warty National Park is a waterfowl paradise with more than 250 species. Twenty six of them are endangered species. And not only ornithologists appreciate their presence, tourists like to observe flocking birds at close range. Ujście Warty National Park is a wintering place of the White-tailed Eagle or the Whooper Swan. Mammals living in the park include beavers and otters.
