Long Sơn Pagoda, formerly known as Đăng Long Tự, is situated in the city of Nha Trang , in the southeastern part of Vietnam . History - Long Sơn Pagoda was built in 1886 on a slight hill. It was destroyed by a typhoon in 1900, so it had to be moved to the foot of the hill. At the original place, there stands a white statue of Gautama Buddha. more »

The Pagoda
The main entrance of the shrine is decorated with dragon mosaics of glass and ceramics. The 152 stone steps leads to the statue of Buddha. The vicinity of the statue is used as an outlook, from which you can see the city Nha Trang .
