A chair lift will transport you from the town of Jáchymov to the top of Klínovec. On the northern slope of the mountain are popular ski resorts. The average annual temperature on Klínovec is 2.7° C. The peak is usually covered with snow for 5 months a year. Klínovec is covered with a spruce forest, which is nevertheless damaged.
