The interesting feature of Jurapark Krasiejow is that the visitors may see the archaeological site and familiarize themselves with the conditions in which palaeontologists work. In the Jurapark Krasiejow complex, you can see many fossils and skeletons found at the local site so you can go back millions of years into the time of the Triassic period. Jurapark Krasiejow offers visitors a walking tour called the Time Tunnel, which is a 1.5 km long trail leading through a pit where models of reptiles and amphibians from the Mesozoic era are displayed – in total, you can see nearly 70 species represented by app. 200 models of dinosaurs. The tour takes about 2 hours. There are also explanatory boards with pictures of plant associations typical for the era of dinosaurs. In the park Jurapark Krasiejow, you will also find a museum, more precisely a paleontological pavilion with fossils of amphibians and reptiles, which you can observe from behind the glass cases. The most valuable exhibits of the dino-park are the skeletons of the prehistoric animals- metoposaurus, paleorhinus, cyclotosaurus, stagonolepis, teratosaurus and many others.
Jurapark Krasiejow also includes an amusement park with a number of merry-go-rounds, inflatable slides, gaming machines, swimming pools with balls and activities for adrenaline seekers. You will also find a 5D cinema, snack-bar and a playground there. The park is open from June to October at changeable times- from 9- 10 am to 5- 8 pm, according to the season of the year. The admission fee to Jurapark Krasiejow is 18 zloty for adults and 14 zloty for children under 12. Seniors and children up to 4 years are for free.
