Janske Lazne Ski Resort offers two cable railways and 15 ski lifts. In addition, there is a new 8-seat cable railway up to Černá hora , called "Černohorský Expres", only one of this type in the Czech Republic. Downhill courses are ranked among the longest in the country. The longest course is 3km long. There are total 12 km of downhill courses. The resort offers ski slopes within the whole range of difficulty level, from ski-school terrains up to demanding, steep slopes marked in black. Janske Lazne Ski Resort, as a top winter resort, provides full service to the visitors. There is a ski-school, a ski and snowboard equipment rental shop and a ski repair shop. You can have a rest in cosy restaurants near the skilifts and cable railway stations. Ski courses are artificially snowed if necessary. Janske Lazne Ski Resort offers evening skiing as well (at Protěž) .
Cross-country skiers can enjoy some 10 km of ski trails around Černá hora . There is approximately 50 km of well-maintained cross-country skiing trails in the surrounding area.
Sledgers are offered a 3.5 km long sledge run, called "Černohorská sáňkařská dráha".
