In the centre of the nature reserve is the Great Moss Lake. It covers an area of 1 692 m2, and it is 68.5 m long and 41 m wide. It is situated at an altitude of 769 m, and it reaches a depth of 2.95 m. The Great Moss Lake lies on the upper stream of the Vrchovištní Stream. A nature trail leads here from the village Rejvíz. There is an admission fee to the lake. The trail to the Great Moss Lake is a 1.5 km long path made of logs. Round the lake we can see bog pines, sphagnums and the carnivorous plant Drosera rotundifolia. In the area of the nature reserve spreads the Small Moss Lake, too. However, it is inaccessible to the public..
