The castle has the ground plan in the shape of double U. Over the years, it was remodelled several times. In 1994 the castle became the property of the Royal Chateau Gödöllö company, who takes care of reconstruction work. .
Expositions
The Royal Chateau Museum was opened on the chateau grounds in 1996. Inside the castle palace nine halls, a banquet hall and a part of the residential rooms were opened.
