Czech Switzerland National Park is the youngest national park in the Czech Republic
. It is located in the Ústí nad Labem
region between municipalities of Hrensko and Chřibská
. The area of the park has been a popular tourist destination since the 19th century.
About the Bohemian Switzerland National Park
Czech Switzerland National Park was established on January 2000. The park lies on the border with Germany , the border separates it from the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Czech Switzerland National Park is famous for its unique rock cities, fascinating rock formations, deep gorges, and number of wild animals and rare plants. There is a great number of marked tourist trails- some for hiking, some for rides on bikes. Among the most famous places in the Czech Switzerland National Park belong the longest rock bridge in the Czech Republic known as Pravcicka Brána (Gate) , Dolsky Mill, the Gorges of the Kamenice , Mary´s view point and so many more.
