Blue Grotto is quite vast. Its dimensions are 54 x 15 meters and in some parts it is as high as 30 meters. The sun ray reflexions cause a richly blue colouring, which creates an amazing atmosphere in the cave. The colouring is most noticeable at noon.
Blue Grotto is accessible solely from the sea because part of the cave is located under water. Visitors can enter the cave on small boats accompanied by a guide. The adventure begins already upon entering the cave. The entrance opening is actually only one meter high. Blue Grotto is accessible all year round. The admission fee is 16.50 €. The tour takes about 10 minutes.
