Aqualand Algarve - accommodation

Aqualand Algarve also known as The Big One is a water theme park in Portugal , in the center of the province of Algarve, in the resort Alcantarilha , about 15 km from the town of Albufeira . Aqualand Algarve covers an area of approximately 6 ha. There are more than 1500 m of water slides and toboggans, and the pools are surrounded by greenery. The most interesting attractions are the 95 m high slide Kamikazee or the 23 m long slide Banzaii Boggan. Aqualand Algarve also offers a swimming pool, a wild water canal, the Anaconda - a mesh of five slides, and the Surf Beach, where you can experience waves like in the sea. The young visitors can spend their time in a mini park with small slides and shallow water. The park naturally provides food stands, shops with a variety of products and a photo lab. Aqualand Algarve is opened from May until October, from 10.00 to 18.00. An all-day ticket for adults costs € 19.50 and 15 € for children from 4 to 12 years. Aqualand Algarve offers free parking.
